These terms govern your use of bubsserveco.com, operated by Bubs Service & Solution ("Bub's," "we," "us"). By using this site, requesting a quote, or using the Bubs Bot AI estimator, you agree to these terms.
Estimates and quotes
Prices shown on this site, generated by the Bubs Bot AI estimator, or given during an initial conversation are estimates only and are not binding offers. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote after we've reviewed your project or visited your property in person. Actual costs can vary based on site conditions, material availability, and scope changes discovered once work begins.
Bubs Bot AI estimator
Bubs Bot uses AI to generate a price range based on the project details you describe. It is a planning tool, not a licensed estimator, and its output should not be treated as a final or guaranteed price. We confirm every project with a real, written estimate before any work begins.
Scheduling & Client Hub
Project scheduling, invoicing, and payments for active clients are handled through our Jobber Client Hub. Access to the Client Hub is provided once you become an active customer and is governed by Jobber's own terms in addition to these.
Financing
Financing options presented through Wisetack are offered and underwritten entirely by Wisetack and its lending partners. Bub's does not make credit decisions and is not a party to any financing agreement you enter into.
Site content
Project photos, pricing examples, and service descriptions on this site are provided for general information and are updated periodically. We do our best to keep them accurate but don't guarantee the site is free of errors at all times.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site to submit false project information, attempt to access accounts that aren't yours, or interfere with the site's normal operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bub's is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or its estimating tools. Nothing here limits liability related to work performed under a signed contract, which is governed by that contract's own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services change. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
