We collect information you provide directly when you request a quote, use the Bubs Bot AI estimator, chat with us, sign up for the Home Care Membership, or otherwise contact us. This typically includes:

- Project details you describe (scope of work, photos, budget range, timeline)
- Messages sent through our chat widget or AI estimator
- Basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically for site analytics and security
How we use it
- To respond to quote requests and schedule estimates or work
- To send appointment reminders, project updates, and invoices
- To generate AI-assisted price estimates through our Bubs Bot tool
- To improve our website, services, and response times
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-party services we use
To run our business, we share relevant information with service providers who process it on our behalf, including:
- Jobber — scheduling, client records, invoicing, and our Client Hub
- SendGrid — email delivery for quotes and notifications
- Twilio — text message notifications
- Supabase — secure storage of quote and lead records
- Anthropic — powers the Bubs Bot AI estimator's responses to your project descriptions
- Google — Google Reviews display and Maps/location services
- Wisetack — financing applications, if you choose to apply (handled entirely on Wisetack's site under their own privacy policy)
Each of these providers has its own privacy and security practices governing the data they process for us.
Data retention
We retain quote requests, project records, and communications for as long as needed to provide services, meet accounting and warranty obligations, and comply with applicable law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@bubsserveco.com or calling (970) 699-5491. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
Our site and services are intended for adults arranging home improvement work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
